We try our best to make you satisfied with our products and services. All products must pass quality checks and cross-check before shipping. However, in some cases, it may be necessary to return or exchange a product. aspects need to be considered.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if they change their mind or provide incorrect sizing. Upon receiving the item in its original condition, we’ll process refunds/exchanges. Please note, return labels aren’t provided; customers handle shipping logistics.

Refunds Available

  • Returns/exchanges and refunds are only accepted within 30 days after order delivery.
  • For returns/exchanges, if the customer did any mistake then he will be responsible for all return shipping and handling charges.
  • In case, company has made any mistake then we will be responsible for all return shipping and handling charges.
  • To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be in good condition, whether new or gently used. It should be in the same state as when you         received it and, if applicable, in its original packaging. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged after               delivery.
  • No restocking fee will be charged.
  • To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I return?

If your item is eligible for return, exchange, or refund, please follow the instructions:

  • Please first obtain approval for return/exchange before requesting a return.
  • Please enter your name, order number, and email address for your order. If the product is defective, please send us a photo of the defect.
  • Our sales representative will contact you within her 24 business hours and provide you with the best possible support.
  • Once your return/exchange is approved, you can send parcel to our return address give below. For your safety, we recommend that you use a             registered delivery service when returning goods to us.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days after receipt of your return.
  • A refund will be made to your card, i.e., to the card which was used to pay for your order.
